Age:
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager): From 18 years – 30 years(below)
For Officer Scale-II (Manager): From 21 years – 32 years. (Below)
For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager): From 21 years – 40 years (Below)
Education Qualification:
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Ability in local language as authorized by the participating RRB/s*
(b)Computer working Knowledge
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):
i. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent those candidates having graduation/post-graduation in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy preference will be given.
ii. Ability in local language as authorized by the participating RRB/s*
iii. Computer working Knowledge.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer (Manager)): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Those Candidates having degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy preference will be given. 2 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Information Technology): Graduation from a recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or it’s equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. and certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP, etc. 1 year of experience in this field
Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Certified Associate (CA) from Chartered Accountants of India institute. 1-year experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Officer Scale-II (Law): Graduation from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks . 2 years of experience as an advocate or should have worked as a Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing): MBA from a recognized university in Marketing. 1-year experience..
Officer Scale-II (Treasury): CA or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution. 1-year experience.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture): Graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized institute or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks. 2 Years of experience
