The submission of application forms for admission of the Dibrugarh University B. Pharm Programme for the academic session 2021-2022, is now open. The last date for the submission of online application forms is 21.08.2021.

Dibrugarh University has released the official guideline for Admission of B. Pharm. Programme.  Eligible aspiring and candidates will be capable to fill the prescribed application form for B. Pharm courses.

Minimum Qualification for B. Pharm admission Programme – 

I. Diploma Course passed in Pharmacy from recognized institution by the Pharmacy Council of India.

II. Registered pharmacist.

III. A Minimum 4 (four) years of pharmacy practice with experience in a hospital pharmacy

a. A Certificate from the competent authority stating that the candidate is a witness as a registered pharmacist in the drug license of a pharmacy as proof of practice experience in the case of a community pharmacist.

b. A certificate from the competent person/Medical Superintendent/Principal of the Health Unit /Hospital stating that the candidate is working as a pharmacist will be accepted as proof of practice experience in the case of hospital pharmacist.

c. NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the employer
