SSC GD Constable exam is one of the most valuable exams in the defense line. This exam is conducted by the board of SSC. The full form of SSC is Staff Selection Commission that’s what we all know. As we also know that SSC has invited online applications for the vacancy of GD constable in BSF(Border Security Force), CRPF(Central Reserve Police Force), CISF(Central Industrial Security Force), ITBP(Indo Tibetan Border Police), SSB(Sashastra Seema Bal), NIA(National Investigation Agency) and SSF and Rifle Man in Assam Rifles as per the recruitment rules by the Ministry of Home Affairs in every year. Every year lots of candidates apply for this recruitment GD Constable exam. In this post, we are going to discuss how to prepare for SSC gd exam. Before going to start directly on how to prepare for ssc gd exam let’s discuss this topic before what is SSC GD Exam.

We know that the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy are called Indian Arms Force and on the other hand all the central defense forces are called Para Military Force. Those defense forces are including BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, NIA AND SSF, and Rifle Man in Assam Rifles. The SSC board conducts all recruitment exams for this paramilitary defense force.

To join this paramilitary force as a General Duty Constable post, the SSC board takes a recruitment exam which is called the SSC GD exam. Before conducting the exam by the SSC board, all the defense unit handle their recruitment itself. But after being controlled by the SSC board, the board change some rules to join the paramilitary force as a GD constable. The board first conducts a recruitment exam. After that exam, they qualify the candidates as per the rules of Quota (quota means caste-wise Gen/ews/obc/sc/st, etc). SSC Constable GD exam selection process is quite simple and easy to understand. Those steps are-

1. Written Test
2. Physical Standard Test
3. Physical Efficiency Test
4. Medical Examination.

What Is The Joining Process in SSC GD Constable?

The joining process is quite simple and easy if you try hard. I already mentioned the steps above the line. There are only 4 steps to join-

1. Written Test
2. Physical Standard Test
3. Physical Efficiency Test
4. Medical Examination.

Full Details About SSC GD Constable Written Test:

SSC GD Exam is 100 marks and the total exam time duration is 90 minutes. There are 4 topics in the paper. Each topic has 25 questions. The topics are-

1. General Intelligence & Reasoning

2. English/ Hindi Language (Depends on the candidate which topic he or she selected during the exam)

3. Elementary Mathematics

4 General Knowledge & General Awareness

It means the total question is 100 and every question has 1 mark.
